How to configure a wireless and a wired router?

Right now, I have a Netgear Wireless Router and my teenage child goes on Myspace. I wanted to make my network more secure so, I wanted to run a non-wireless router into my teenager's computer and then plug the wireless router into the wired router. How complicated is this?





Or, should I just upgrade to the 802.11n wireless router with a double firewall option.How to configure a wireless and a wired router?
Here is one article I found on this, http://www.devhardware.com/forums/networ I have thought about doing this also, I decided to go with the netgear router that also does the stateful packet inspection along with the nat. This is the one I chose http://www.netgear.com/Products/Routersa I still use it in g band works for me. If you want a good project go with the 2 router, especially if you already have them both. If not you can take the easy way out like I did. Good Luck.
