Help with utorrent. i need to increase my download speed cause it is maxed at 16kbs?

i am running on toshiba laptop with vista and have a 1.13mbs connection through a linksys router. please send me ideas for how to increase download speed. what is weird though is that my upload speed seems to be insanely fast compared to download speed it is like 60kbs.Help with utorrent. i need to increase my download speed cause it is maxed at 16kbs?
You probably should be getting better down speed if your up speed is that high.



There are two things which will help speed in a bittorrent client.



Clear the network connection. Firewalls and routers will block communications unless an exception is made.



Cap upload in the bittorrent client to 80% of overall upload capacity to allow room for outgoing communications.
