How do I connect xbox 360 through a router for system linked action?

Im planning a big halo 3 party next weekend and i will be hooking up 4 360s with 4 tvs and a linksys wireless router. Now when I plug them all in to it will they automatically work or is there some crazy settings? Also 2 of the 360s have the usb wireless device will i be able to utilize that in the system link. Oh and do i need just regular ethernet cord or do i need all system link cords? ThanksHow do I connect xbox 360 through a router for system linked action?
If they all can communicate with the router properly, then they'll all probably be on the same LAN, because the router should use DHCP by default.

I'm not sure if the 360's will require you to go out to the internet to do the group play thing. If they do, It'll work but possibly be slow or choppy. If they don't there's a pretty good chance that it'll work as is.

If you can hook up 2 xboxes via ethernet and get them to work, then there is no reason that you couldnt hook up the 4 to the router and make all of them work (without any crazy settings)
