How can I change the settings on my router without the setup disk?

I have a Belkin F5D9231-4 router, and when I bought it, it came with a setup disk so you can set a password and stuff. But recently we moved, and I lost the disk somewhere. Is there any way I can get to the basic settings of my router without the disk? Or maybe there's a site I can download the contents of the CD onto my computer? How can I change the settings on my router without the setup disk?
Well maybe there is. Just Google ';Belkin F5D9231-4 download'; and you will get to the user manual, if you have lost that too. Then point your browser at 192.168.2.1 (no http or www prefix) and you have the home page of the router, from which you can follow the instructions in the user manual. How can I change the settings on my router without the setup disk?
I'm thinking the Belkin support page but maybe thats just me.
